- Exit Garden State Parkway SOUTH at Exit #109

International Airport:
- 95 North to Walt Whitman Bridge
- 76 East to Exit for 295 North
- Follow 295 North for 30+ miles - Exit onto 195 East (Shore Points)
- Take 195 East to Garden State Parkway (North)
- Exit Parkway at exit #109
- Bear right onto Newman Springs Rd. (go to end, Dunkin’ Donuts on right)
- Make RIGHT onto Rt. 35
- Travel on Rt. 35 for (5) lights. (Approximately 5 miles)
- Make LEFT at light (AVenue of the Common)
- Go towards the back of the building on the left #149
From JFK Airport:
- From JFK Airport get on Rt. 27 (Southern State Parkway) West. This can be accessed either by the Van Wyck Expressway.
- Rt. 27 becomes the Belt Parkway.
- Follow to Verrazano Narrows Bridge into Staten Island. Take 278 BQE West
- In Staten Island, look for signs to the West Shore Expressway (440 South)
- Go over “Outer Bridge Crossing” and look for Garden State Parkway (South)
